Zumba fuses international rhythms with easy-to-follow moves so you can have a blast while getting in shape. No dance experience needed – just mimic the instructor and get lost in the music! On Wednesday, add light-weight upper body resistance to work every muscle group while you groove. Bring your own 1-3 pound hand weights or use one of our sets of toning sticks. Bring non street shoes, dance sneakers or socks for the dance floor, please.
