About four or five months ago I had a vision for bringing women together for focusing on personal, practical living strategies to strengthen their inner resolve (soul) in a way that yields sustainable solutions for day to day living.
So, my vision and passion for this event was born out of observing how much...
You wonder if you are good enough or fear rejection if you pursue what's in your heart.
You are torn by a fear of failing… Show more if you step out and answer the call on your life.
You wonder if you could ever to let go of your past and move forward.
You are seeking acceptance, love and confidence in who you are.
You  might feel challenged by serving your gift in the marketplace in a non-traditional way.
You are looking for ways to stay focus and and push aside procrastination .
You wonder if you will ever discover your purpose &Â overcome stagnation .

You need an effective way to plan for a fulfilling lifestyle, release your inner creativity  and secure your future .
You feel overwhelmed and want to prioritize so you have more time with family especially since your time is quite limited.
.You are looking for encouragement, motivation more peace since you are experiencing some fears and lack of confidence and esteem . Â
I lo oked around and did not see anyone addressing the personal and internal issues and challenges of women, so I decided to hold the torch because I also needed solutions.
This torch is to re-ignite your determination and to give you specific strategies to experience inner healing, self-empowerment and focused-confidence so you can secure your future. Together we will create action plans to help you define, refine and leverage your vision. It's time to pursue and persist.
While working with women in the home design industry I began recognizing the striking parallel to designing their lives, so I did my own research and discovered there was no comprehensive yet simple, step-by-step process that addressed the interconnected areas of the interior life that brings total wholeness for meeting these challenges.
SO I Created One.
Courage, confidence, boldness, positive esteem, passion, discipline, faith, the real you and focus can be learned. It begins with overcoming your need to please everyone. You can be bold and step out  to do new things, even things that no one has ever done before, because you already have what it takes and you are anointed to do it. Being different is a "good thing." God desires to use you to influence society and he has already anointed you and aligned others to help you to be successful in life and the marketplace.Â

Exceptional People Magazine calls me an exceptional business icon for helping women leaders design their lives. The International Women's Leadership Association dubbed me a woman of outstanding leadership for my contribution to family, career and community. The one thing that is very different about this event is that it is Experiential  – meaning it’s focused on having you not only learn but Experience  key strategies to design your personal awesome future.
I've worked with many, many women sharing strategies and resources for life improvement. This event will focus on experiencing the strategies being taught through the powerful use of in-the-moment demonstrations.
