Charlie Mack Celebrity Basketball Game

Charlie Mack brings his Charlie Mack Celebrity Basketball game, presented by Keystone Mercy, to the Liacouras Center on Sunday, July 26 at 6pm. Started in 1990 solely as a celebrity basketball game the Charlie Mack Party 4 Peace Celebrity weekend has evolved into a charitable benefit raising awareness and financial contributions to organizations that seek to eliminate violence. This year marks the 6th annual Charlie Mack Celebrity Weekend from July 25-26, 2009. It is the second time the game will be played at the Liacouras Center. It is through continued community support that Charlie Mack's mission to reduce and eliminate violence in the Philadelphia community through prevention, intervention and education will become reality.
