Feldenkrais retrains the nervous system through gentle movement exploration, creating new physical and mental habits. Students increase coordination, range of motion, balance and posture. They lengthen the spine and reduce pain. It’s fun -every class is different, and you build an expanded vocabulary of movement and possibilities. Exercises are done sitting, lying down and standing.
