Over the years we have made great progress in safety, but we are all well aware that progress in many areas has stalled.
We’re frustrated. We’re spending an inordinate amount of time and resource on tracking, reporting, and looking for root causes. Still, there are too many incidents and serious injuries, and the statistics are no longer improving.
So what’s next?
Join us for a provocative discussion and lunch where Mike Goddu, co-founder of JMJ Associates, and Professor Sidney Dekker, best-selling… Show more author of Drift into Failure, will explore how we can lead and manage Safety Differently .
Gain real insight into how to do Safety Differently in your changing environments:
Moving from construction to operations in Australian projects
Safety management bureaucracy - let’s do less counting and do something that truly counts!
People are not the problem, they are the solution. We've wrung the value out of trying to track and manage behaviours, so what's next?
We invite you to join the conversation. Bring your challenges and successes for a candid, open and stimulating dialogue.
