Misty Locke

With extensive experience in all aspects of the Internet marketing industry, including development, design, and advertising implementation, Misty Locke is the co-founder and president of Range Online Media. She and fellow co-founder Cheryle Pingel successfully took Range Online Media from concept to one of the online industry’s leading search marketing agencies.

Misty began her career researching interpersonal communications in the service industry. At Range, she specializes in the travel industry and retail sectors, working with leading companies such as Pier 1 imports, Travelocity, Cole Haan, and many others.

Misty researches and analyzes data compiled from top Internet search engines, including Google, MSN, and Yahoo, to isolate consumer trends. This data is used to develop and implement online marketing and search strategies for her clients.

Misty also works closely with several leading search engine companies to continually improve search marketing tactics, and develop new ways to interact with consumers online.

An internationally recognized expert in the Internet marketing industry, Misty is a regular speaker at influential conferences and trade shows, including the Search Engine Strategy, WebmasterWorld, Ad-Tech and Shop.org conferences. Misty holds a BA in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas, and was named one of Fast Company Magazine’s Top 25 Women Business Builders of 2004.
