Megan Lynch

Megan Lynch is an instrumentalist. Her instrument is her vocal cords and she will plunk, thrum, hum, warble, yodel and grunt her way through any song that suits her fancy. Like many of the artists she digs (Kurt Weill, Brave Combo, 3Mustaphas3...), she defies easy categorization. Thank God. She's as comfortable singing a Floyd Tillman honky tonker as she is singing an art song. Her grandmother sang in front of a big band and Megan won't rest until she has too. When you see Megan Lynch perform, the only things that are predictable are intensity, charisma and top notch vocal chops.
