Eddie Jobson

This dynamic rock violinist has played with everyone from U.K., Roxy Music, and Frank Zappa to Jethro Tull. Jobson's recordings as a leader showed much promise in their use of keyboards, computer-generated sounds, and wailing electric violin solos. Too bad he hasn't released more of his own music. He has, however, continued his music-making into the new millennium, joining the band UKZ in 2007; the band released the Radiation EP in 2009. Jobson's Ultimate Zero Project was scheduled to perform at NEARFest in Bethlehem, PA, in June 2010. ~ Linda Kohanov, Rovi
