The Delmore Brothers

Alton and Rabon--Alabama's Delmore Brothers--popularized the close-harmony style of singing (later made legendary by the likes of the Louvin and Everly Brothers) and embraced the blues with a fervor unmatched by their Grand Ole Opry contemporaries.
