Rudy Moreno

Born & raised in Los Angeles, Rudy Moreno grew up in Lincoln Heights - a tight knit community that has produced  many famous actors, singers, athletes and even a comedian. As a young teenager Rudy was a drummer and played in several garage bands. He went on to work in radio and became a DJ in night clubs, where he later evolved into a comedian and actor. He has opened for many major recording artists concerts including Smokey Robinson, Gato Barbieri, Ice Cube, Natalie Cole, Tower of Power, AWB, Tierra… Show more and Lynrd Skynyrd.

Rudy has been seen on several comedic and dramatic TV series including E.R., Criminal Minds, The Shield, Everybody Loves Raymond, Kingpin, and comedy shows like The Latino Laugh Festival on Showtime, Funny is Funny and The Lopez Tonight Show. He is a producer as well, producing comedy tours and local shows in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles. His weekly show at The World Famous Ice House Comedy Club has been running for eleven years strong. Rudy is the brainchild behind the Tres Locos Comedy Tour performing everywhere from Florida thru Las Vegas in theatres and casinos.

Rudy released his CD, No Looking Back, after winning the Latino Comedian of The Year from the prestigious Laugh Factory Comedy Club in Hollywood, and has since released Double Date a DVD including friends Gilbert Esquivel and George Lopez.
