New York City-based magician/musician Criss Angel blends the art of illusion with the power of rock & roll. Angel, apart from releasing numerous recordings of his own, formed the industrial outfit Angeldust in the late '90s with Klay Scott (Celldweller, Circle of Dust), releasing the album Musical Conjurings from the World of Illusion in 1998. He hosts his own television show on A&E called Criss Angel Mindfreak, a street-smart hour of magic that's part-David Blaine and part-MTV. A soundtrack to the popular program featuring Sully Erna from Godsmack and ex-Extreme guitarist Nuno Bettencourt was released in 2006. ~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi

Something about this guy rubs me the wrong was. I just get this feeling from him like he's envisioned himself as some kind of hipster. I think if he didn't try to push this douchy image he wouldn't be so bad. I think this is the type of guy that Job from "Arrested Developement" was based on.
he's not bottom rung though. No matter how much I dislike him I can't bottom out the review because he is a well known magician that puts on a show that lots of people like. You can certainly pick a much worse show to see.
