Lee DeWyze

Began singing and playing guitar as a teenager. A self-taught guitarist, he released his first album, So I'm Told, in 2008, and a follow-up album,  Slumberland, in 2010. Landed a spot on American Idol when accompanying a friend - who wasn't picked - to the auditions in Chicago. Winner of season 9 of American Idol ; runner-up was Crystal Bowersox. Has the lyrics to a Cat Stevens song tattooed on his arm. ~ Rovi
