Vince Dooley
Vince Dooley was head football coach for the University of Georgia Bulldogs from 1964 to 1988 and continued as athletics director until 2004. His teams played in 20 bowl games, won six SEC championships, and won the national championship in 1980. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 1994. He is also the author of the well-received memoir Dooley: My 40 Years at Georgia. He now lives in Athens, Georgia.
