Megan Lynch

Megan Lynch was born in 1965 and has had her ear glued to the radio ever since. Like most Liberal Arts majors, she has worked a variety of jobs from paralegal to assistant editor to software quality assurance. Her private life is no less fractured as she has exhibited her art, performed her musical act in San Francisco clubs and gone bicycle touring on her recumbent. Though interested in music at an early age, she first won her concert-going spurs in the L.A. punk scene. That experience led somewhat sprawlingly to an interest in a music she previously hated - country. Through the Pogues, she started dipping into world roots music and has been a glutton for unusual musical fusions ever since. You may reach her at spidra@jps.net.
