The Prayers & Tears of Arthur Digby Sellers

The Prayers & Tears of Arthur Digby Sellers was a stage name adopted by indie pop artist Perry Wright in 2003. The name was taken from the Coen Brothers film The Big Lebowski, and was originally intended as the title for a concept album based on an iron lung-bound character in that film. That endeavor was quickly abandoned, however, and Wright instead gathered up his folky, introspective recordings under the title Psalterie.
