Performances

The strangely named Performances was an obscure hard rock/heavy metal band from SãPaulo, Brazil featuring vocalist Robson Goulart, guitarists Davidson Monteiro and Luiz Carlos "Tutu", bassist Reinaldo Moreno and drummer Ricardo Moreno. Formed in 1982, initially as a jazz-rock outfit, the quintet had adopted heavy metal by the time they contributed two tracks to 1985's S.P. Metal II compilation (an important document of the thriving local scene), after which they promptly vanished without a trace. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia, All Music Guide
