Hillary Rodham Clinton

Hillary was raised in a middle-class family in the middle of America. From that classic suburban childhood in Park Ridge, Illinois, Hillary went on to become one of America's foremost advocates for children and families; an attorney twice voted one of the most influential in America; a First Lady of Arkansas who helped transform the schools; a bestselling author; a First Lady for America who helped transform that role, becoming a champion for health care and families at home and a champion of women's rights and human rights around the world.

Since her path-breaking election to the United States Senate, Hillary has been a steadfast advocate for middle-class families, working to help create jobs, expand children's health care and protect Social Security from privatization. As the Senator representing New York after 9/11, Hillary has fought to strengthen our approach to homeland security and to improve our communications and intelligence operations. As the first New Yorker ever named to the Senate Armed Services Committee, Hillary has been a tough critic of the administration's bungling of Iraq and a fierce advocate for proper equipment, health benefits, and treatment for military families.

A Republican In Sheep's Clothing

Hillary Clinton embodies everything wrong with politics in America. Under her facade of "experience" (God knows I wish I could claim 8 years' experience being First Lady), Hillary's 2008 Presidential campaign has done nothing but weaken the status of the Democratic party, and remind America of just what a Clinton is willing to do to get their way. Her "below-the-belt" tactics and downright lying have taken her from being the party's front-runner to being a farcry from White House material, and for good reason.

Everywhere you look, you see a campaign that has done despicable things and lied to the American people just to put her in office. Let's take a look at her "experience":

- Introduced a socialized healthcare plan, that she later dropped after being paid off by medicare lobbyists.
- Signed multiple times in favor of the Iraq war, and then rescinded her status on the war in order to appeal to more voters.
- Alongside her husband Bill, also voted numerous times in favor of NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) and praised it, then spoke in front of Ohio voters (many of whom lost their jobs due to NAFTA) claiming that she would attempt to repeal it. At no time did she mention how much she loved it when it became law.
- Blasted Senator Barack Obama for "plagiarizing" a Massachusetts governor (who had encouraged Obama to use the passage), and then in that very same debate used closing remarks that plagiarized her own husband's closing speech from a debate when he was running for President.
- Speaks of how she's working for the poor, and then attempts to persuade superdelegates to vote in favor of her, effectively ignoring the popular vote and many different states that voted pro-Obama (many of them comprised of poorer people).

Her tactics, as of this review, have stooped to every possible low to attempt at reviving her dying campaign. Is it any surprise why? It must be difficult being a front-runner who ignores virtually half the population she claims she's fighting for (with her ever-so-genius "Ignore the small states" campaign), and then losing to someone who actually proves time and time again that he truly cares about everyone in this country.

Do yourself a favor: if you're a Clinton supporter, please take a long and hard look at her "illustrious" track record; you know, the one she's so proud of. The more I look at it, the more her name looks a lot like "Hillary McCain".
