Explosions in the Sky are musicians. They are instrumentalists and take pride in it. Coming out of the Austin scene in 1999 they have released a total of five full length and critically acclaimed albums while exploring their unique post-rock sound. Aside from touring and pumping out albums Explosions in the Sky wrote the soundtrack for the movie "Friday Night Lights".

no encore. no interaction with the crowd. crowd was underage and seemed bored at times. did not play "moon is down".
