Eduardo Verastegui

Mexican fashion model, actor, and singer Eduardo Verástegui left his native Tamaulipas at the age of 17 to attend acting classes at Ciudad de Mexico, and he soon joined Latin pop group Kairo. As an actor, Eduardo Verástegui successfully played roles in local soap operas such as Mi Querida Isabel, Alma Rebelde, and Tres Mujeres. After moving to the U.S., Fernán Ramírez and producer Estéfano helped him to get a record deal with Universal Music, issuing his self-titled debut album in 2001. ~ Drago Bonacich, All Music Guide
