Cold

Cold is a post-grunge rock band formed in 1996 in Jacksonville, FL. The band is fronted by Scooter Ward (vocals, guitar and keys), Jeremy Marshall (bass) and Scott McCandless (drummer) are the only original members left, however recently the band brought back former guitarist Zach Gilbert to fill out the band's return to active status in 2009.

Cold saw the most commercial success in the early 2000s, with their second ("13 Ways to Bleed on Stage" released in 2000) and third ("Year of the Spider"… Show more in 2003) albums both certified gold by the RIAA. "Year of the Spider" peaked at #3 on the US Billboard Hot 200 upon release. The band released one more album in 2005 before disbanding in 2006. In 2009 Scooter Ward announcement the band reunion, with a new album expected in 2010.
