Sirone

Sirone, born Norris Jones and born in Atlanta, is an American jazz bassist and composer. He has collaborated with such diverse artists as George Adams, Sam Cooke, Smokey Robinson, Dave Burrell, Marion Brown, Gato Barbieri, Pharoah Sanders, Noah Howard, Sonny Sharrock, Sunny Murray, Albert Ayler, Archie Shepp, Sun Ra, Clifford Thornton, Roswell Rudd, Dewey Redman, Cecil Taylor, and Walt Dickerson.
