First Rule Collective

First Rule is a unique event production company, that caters to the BMX community by means of the street. We are a rider owned and operated company that hosts BMX street, ramp and Flatland events and competitions.

As riders, the ride comes first! That is where we started, that is where we will stay. We do more than ride... First Rule is a collective of artists, performers, builders and business owners. Together, we bring a new attitude to riding and to work.

We are able to show other riders just how we respect our cities and our selves. We do this by providing our peers with opportunities to present themselves to the public, in ways that they did not consider before riding with us. After every event, each rider takes with them a new way to look at difficult situations on the streets, at work, at school or at play.

By riding together in such large numbers, we are perceived by the public in a different light. A large, eclectic group of people, enjoying the day on their bikes riding along with road bikes and skateboarders. All smiling and having a good time. Mutually respecting different forms of riding along with the streets and the people who occupy them on any given day.

Our "Caual Potency Tour" will bring to each of it's 15 stops, a stock of ramps, piles of wood for construction, professional riders with knowledge of ramp assembly, job site and power tool safety plus more useful skills for the world off of a bicycle. Some stops have a full ramp set up, some have small ramps and the like along the way. The latter will be given to some lucky riders throughout the ride! The build is part of the experience for some of the participants, and some of the new ramps stay in the town they were built in.

We promote our events with a very large group bike ride through each city. With the end being a venue that will host the Flatland competition and after party. Our numbers for the rides after 4 years are well over 350, and as we continue to grow, our numbers increase by us inviting the rest of the bicycle community and skateboarding as well.

Our overall goal is to run the worlds first mobile BMX park and pro shop. (It will include skateboarding in the near future) With your assistance, we can make this into an even larger tour and take it across the globe!
