Porchlight Theatre Company

Porchlight Theatre Company, based in Marin County, California, is an award-winning theater company established in 1999. The company features professional actors in outdoor summer productions presented at the Marin Art and Garden Center, in Ross, California. Porchlight Theatre Company also presents experimental staged readings, special theater events and educational programs (this year featuring African American poet and writer Langston Hughes and the Harlem Renaissance). Porchlight Theater Company has been honored with several San Francisco Bay Area Theatre Critics' Circle nominations and awards including the San Francisco Bay Area Critics Circle Awards for Outstanding Production for "Enchanted April" in 2007 and "Wild Honey" in 2003. The theater company also presents a variety of fun raising events in Marin County including seasonal celebrations, dinner cabaret shows and sing along events.
