James Ray

James Ray first appeared on a 1986 Sisters of Mercy side project called The Sisterhood, and he formed James Ray & the Performance soon after, to record an album for the Sisters' label Merciful. He followed it with another Merciful album, recorded by James Ray's Gangwar, and kept the group together for another LP, 1997's Psychodalek. ~ John Bush, Rovi
