Kirsty MacColl

The daughter of folksinger Ewan MacColl, Kirsty was signed to Stiff Records as a 16-year-old, but had to wait a few years for her first hit, which came in the form of 1981's "There’s A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears He’s Elvis."
