Bayer Ballet Company was started in 2005 by Inna Bayer, an established professional ballet mistress, in order to promote classical education in the Vaganova method. Inna Bayer’s 15-year teaching experience also includes Bat-Dor Dance School in Israel, Westlake School of Performing Arts and San Francisco Ballet School where she still teaches summer sessions.
In 2002, American Dance Awards named Inna the "Choreographer of the Year". Inna's students win first prizes at international and regional competitions such as Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP), International Dance Challenge (IDC), and American Dance Awards.
Inna's students from Israel and the United States have danced in European and American professional dance troupes such as: Ballet Israely (Israel), Scottish Ballet (Scotland), State Ballet of Georgia, Alberta Ballet (Canada), Inbal Pinto Dance Company, Austin Ballet, Boston Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance, New York City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Smuin Ballet, and more.
