Cantemus

Cantemus is for vocalists (5th through 8th grade) who are ready to sing harmony and are interested in experiencing a blend of classical choral literature and contemporary works. LOPC Composer-in-Residence Greg Murai often writes original arrangements and compositions for this group. Singers learn microphone technique, how to work with a band and orchestra, and periodically collaborate with the adult choirs. A creative and supportive rehearsal environment encourages musicians to use their gifts to their full potential.
