Inpress: DLG are a difficult band to summarise, they’re rock, punk, slow build-ups, poppy, ballads, keep the listener interested. Powerful songs, catchy lyrics, bass solos, solid guitars, violins, didgeridoo’s and all this on an EP. What’s the world coming too? From the minute you put In Braille on your speechless unable to move. The title track Sloth & Karma is an extreme rock song; fist pumping all the way. Stand clear a poppy yet catchy as f*** tune has a kick arse bass solo. KIS the ballad on the album gives the listener a view into what DLG are on about, this is then followed by YBMAD and Start Over. The 6th track Emma Charlotte demonstrates another change as you are ripped through a 1 minute 30 punk song. The album finishes with the song Daddys Little Girl, along the same lines as KIS but wait till you hear the importune part, mind blowing. In a word, rough, but has potential. Can’t wait for the album!
