Jeremy Northam was most recently on stage at the Donmar in Old Times and has previously worked with Howard Davies in The Shaughraun at the National Theatre. His other theatre credits include Love’s Labour’s Lost and The Country Wife for the RSC, Certain Young Men for the Almeida and Hamlet and The Voysey Inheritance at the National Theatre. He has most recently been seen on television as Thomas More in The Tudors.
His other television credits include Fiona’s Story, Glorious 39, White Heat and Journey’s End. Northam’s film credits include Mimic, Cypher, Amistad, Creation, Dean Spanley, A Cock and Bull Story, Ivor Novello in Gosford Park (Critics Choice Award for best acting ensemble), The Winslow Boy (Edinburgh International Film Festival Award for best British performance, an Evening Standard British Film Award for best actor and London Critics Circle Film Award for British actor of the year), An Ideal Husband, Happy Texas, Possession, Emma, The Net and Carrington.
