A buffet Caribbean dinner, the Magic City band and a cigar roller. “Guests are encouraged to dress for the fiesta,” said Iris Siple, Havana Nights Honorary Chairwoman and Pembroke Pines Commissioner. Dress: Guayaberas, linen suits, dresses and hats.
