The Peabody Institute Library is pleased to announce “Tai Chi for Healthy Aging.” This 8-week class begins September 16 at 11 a.m. at the Main Library. Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that involves a series of movements, known as forms, which are performed in a slow, focused manner combined with controlled breathing.
