This class is designed for those comfortable with the fundamental steps in preparing espresso who want to dive in deeper. Participants will isolate and control the impact of Dose and Grind on the resulting cup in an effort to identify optimal flavor characteristics in an espresso and recreate them with consistency.
After an hour break, participants are encouraged to stay for our free Saturday public coffee cupping at 1pm.
