He's the chef at D'Ambrozio Family Restaurant & Tavern, 3161 Rte. 22 in Patterson. North of Daniel J.'s, just passed the A&P on the same side as the A&P.

We used to frequent this restaurant at least twice a month, but recently they have changed chef's and it just isn't the same. Before with the original chef (Freddy) I would have given it a 5 star rating, but now, you see 1/2 a star. We were planning my birthday party and we were going to have it at Daniel J's, but now all of that has changed. We need to find Freddy the chef.
