The 2014 Symposium will include sessions on cancer nursing and allied health research, molecular tumour testing and biomarkers, advanced technology in radiation oncology practice, surgical oncology and multi-disciplinary decision making in end of life care.

How can I become a member of the SW-TCRC?
SW-TCRC Membership is free and open to anyone interested in cancer care and research within the Sydney West Cancer Network and associated research institutes. Visit www.sydneywest.org.au/membership for more information and to become a member before registering for the Symposium.
What are the offline payment options?
If you require an invoice for offline payment or to apply for funding to attend the symposium, please select the "Register with offline payment" ticket type and event organisers will contact you directly to arrange invoicing and payment. Registration costs are as listed for SW-TCRC members ($50) and non-members ($100).
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Public Transport
It is recommended that you catch public transport to the event. The Novotel Sydney Parramatta is a 10 minute walk from Parramatta train station.
Parking
Limited parking is available at the Novotel Sydney Parramatta for $14 per day. Please note this is not included in the registration cost.
Parking is also available in the Brandsmart Riverside car park. Parking is charged at an hourly rate or $18 for the day. Entrance to this car park is via Philip Lane. via Philip Lane.

Can organisers provide a certificate of attendance?
Yes. You will be asked if you require a certificate of attendance during the online registration process. If you select yes and you are recorded as having attended the Symposium a certificate will be emailed to you after the event.
Radiation therapists that will be claiming AIR CPD points are asked to enter their AIR membership number during registration. Please have this number ready when completing the online registration.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. Organisers will have a complete list of all registered attendees at the registration desk. Please register at the registration desk upon arrival to collect your name badge and printed program booklet.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close at 5pm on Friday 14th November 2014.
What is the refund policy?
If you withdraw your registration before Friday 7th November 2014 a full refund will be available through the EventBrite registration site.
No refunds will be available after Friday 7th November 2014.
