Carla Brooke, M.A.
Carla holds a Master’s degree in art therapy, and has taught K-6 th graders and at-risk youth. She offers trainings in Mindfulness Education for children and adults. Trained in multi-sensory education at Charles Armstrong School, Carla incorporates mindfulness into her private tutoring practice and into the writing workshops she teaches for children. She finds teaching mindfulness to be a catalyst for well - being.
