Reducing The Danger Of Nuclear Weapons

Dr. William J. Perry, who was the US Secretary of Defense in the Clinton administration from 1994 to 1997 and who continues to be active at high levels of government, is one of the "FourStatesmen" who have been calling for a world free of nuclear weapons. Although he is not optimistic that we will get there anytime soon, his activity has reinvigorated hope about ultimately reaching that goal.
