Open Table Tennis

Burn calories and have fun with table tennis/ ping-pong. This sport is a way for players to get some serious exercise and keep yourself healthy and fit ? a game good for your cardiovascular ?the quickest game in the world?. Table tennis / ping-pong is played every Monday evening at the Oxnard Police Activity League (PAL) Gymnasium, located at 250 South ?K? Street, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  The cost is $2.00 per person and equipment is available.
