Trace the roots of the term “Cracker” back to its origins in Elizabethan England and explore this group of proud Americans who have a deep love of their families, country, and food. Owens is the award-winning author of “The Cracker Kitchen: A Cookbook in Celebration of Cornbread-Fed, Down-Home Family Stories and Cuisine” that is part cookbook and part memoir. Followed by a book signing.
