Senior's Walk & Talk
Senior's Walk & Talk is an eight-week program to introduce exercise and healthy eating. Join us for a 1 1/2 hours each week and participate in a 45 minute Instructor led exercise class, enjoy a healthy snack, then enjoy a Guest Speaker. Different topics include: safe communities; community services; healthy ageing; naturopath; library services; nutrition to name a few.
