Practical Home Butchering
Instructor: Rachel Scherer has raised small livestock since 1981 and pastures dairy goats and broiler chickens. She has assisted many who hunt game & dress their own livestock in the butchering process. She trained in butchering meat & poultry at the Culinary Institute of America.
