Critics have hailed Christine Yoshikawa as “a pianist of pure power,” “radiant lyricism, elegance, and warmth” and her performances as “a fine balance of sensitivity and virtuosity.”
In regular concert engagements and recitals in major halls around the world, she has quickly established herself as one of Canada’s sought-after pianists. A prize winner of many national and international competitions, she is on the roster of recording artists for Eroica Classical Recordings and teaches master classes throughout North America, Europe and Asia in addition to serving on the faculties of Chipola College and Gulf Coast Community College. Her concert program includes Beethoven, Liszt, Rorem, Fisher, Ginastera and Rachmaninoff, among others.
