Members of our wine locker club enjoy their own collection when visiting the restaurant. Executive Chef Louie Moya's culinary strengths are in French, Asian, Spanish, Mediterranean, Italian, Caribbean and contemporary American. Some of world-famous chefs he was trained under are Francois K. Dongo, executive chef of Spago, Desi Szontagh, executive chef of Le Merigot Hotel, and Joe Miller, Joe’s restaurant owner in Venice, California. His culinary creations have been featured in Orange Coast Magazine, First Impressions, and OC Now. Cooking is Chef Moya’s passion, and he enjoys to excite people with his cuisine.
