Corps Running & CrossFit Workout
These workouts will be Open To All Fitness Levels. The workout is a blend of military running coupled with intermittent CrossFit workouts. There will be no yelling Drill Sergeant, just a loving-caring Coach (me) who will keep you safe and make you smile. Not only will we run and sing but we will also pull and push.
