Cooking (Seafood) with Wine Class & Demonstration
Chef Allen Read returns to The Winery for the third installment of our Cooking with Wine series. This time, his class & demonstration will feature three seafood dishes: Steamed mussels, ceviche, and sushi.
Each participant will not only learn how to prepare each of these dishes, but they will also enjoy sampling the finished product. Each sample will be accompanied by generous pours of three of our wines.
The first two Cooking with Wine classes sold out within a week as spaces are limited.
