Note: The DVD included in the packages will be of the event. Because of this, the DVD will not be available for pick up at the event but will be mailed to you upon its completion. It is estimated that the processing time of the DVD will be 60-90 days. All eligible recipients will be updated periodically as to the status of the DVD along the process.
Parking/Transportation
Parking can be limited at the Ogden Union Station. Parking lots to the north and south of the building are available but do fill up fast. Additional paring is available in the north-east parking lot, across Wall Ave. from the Union Station. Other parking can be found around 25 th Street and the Marriot Hotel.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
While ID is not required, we will be checking tickets at the door. If you forget your ticket a Valid ID will be required for us to issue you admission.
This event is best suited for mature individuals and we ask that no children under the age of 10 be present.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking WILL be limited! Onsite parking is limited, however, there are several parking lots in the area but some may include a short walk. If possible, we highly recommend using the UTA Frontrunner as the Ogden station is just north of the venue.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes, each ticket is valid for the entry of one person.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, all tickets will be scanned at the door. It is important that you have the entire ticket including the barcodes as they are necessary to scan the ticket.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be granted to any ticket after the 30th of January 2013. Prior to this date all tickets are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. Fees and taxes may not be refundable.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, we understand that tickets are purchased for groups and other situations and that not all names are available at that time. We are just happy that you are joining us.
