Molasses Creek's 12 recordings have received airplay around the world along with a nomination for European Country Music Association band… Show more of year. They tour throughout the United States and were featured in David Holt's "Musical Traditions of North Carolina" and at Our State Magazine's "Best in Our State" festival. Members of the band were featured in Nicholas Sparks' "Nights In Rodanthe" starring Richard Gere.
Molasses Creek's Deepwater Theater roster includes Gary Mitchell (guitar \& vocals), Fiddler Dave Tweedie (fiddle \& vocals), Lou Castro (dobro, bass, \& vocals), and Marcy Brenner (mandolin, bass, vocals).
