Meditation and Koans for Beginners
This is a 4 week class intended to teach you everything you need for a durable and portable meditation practice. Each week we will cover different facets of practice including meditation techniques, inquiry, koans, health and body awareness, creativity, and bringing your practice home and to work. You will have a chance to communicate with the teacher during the week about issues that arise
