Lake Merritt Weed Warriors

The Lake Merritt Weed Warriors, formerly known as the Lake Merritt Master Volunteers, is an informal, can-do group of volunteers that works with Public Works Agency staff the last saturday of every month to weed, mulch, and prune at the parks around Lake Merritt.

We gather in different spots around the lake, so check our facebook page to see when we'll be coming to a spot near you. Gloves and tools provided, but if you have your own gardening tools, you are welcome to bring them too.
