The award-winning Oakland Youth Orchestra will present a benefit gala evening on Saturday, March 2. The evening begins with cocktails and a silent auction accompanied by chamber music, followed by dinner and a live auction at 7 pm with Oakland Youth Orchestra. The highlight of the evening will be a performance by the 80-member Oakland Youth Orchestra presenting tango music, with guest tango dancers and other orchestral delights. All proceeds from the gala benefit the Oakland Youth Orchestra.
