Law and the Community: Finding Paths Forward
Wednesday, Jan 30 6:00p
to
7:30p
High school students from the Bay Area Urban Debate League will debate contrasting policy proposals about the relationship between law and the community. Panelists from law enforcement, social services, education, and community organizations will then respond to the proposals and engage in a robust discussion about how all stakeholders can collaborate to make positive change in our community. The debaters have been featured on NPR, in the San Francisco Chronicle and in the Oakland Tribune.
